Phoenix Seagaia Resort (Phoenix Resort Co., Ltd., Miyazaki City; President: Shunsuke Yamamoto, hereafter "Seagaia") is hosting a Halloween Monsters Party at its flagship hotel, Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower, from Thursday, October 1 through Saturday, October 31, 2026.
The hotel's bakery & café Kazemachi Terrace will offer sweets, breads, and drinks inspired by a colorful cast of monsters. Ocean45 LOUNGE & BAR and KUROBAR will serve Halloween cocktails, while Pine Terrace will offer a Halloween mocktail.
The hotel also has a Halloween dinner stay plan delivered to guest rooms by costumed staff, a guest-only "Trick or Treat" activity, and a Halloween-decorated THE LIVING GARDEN, letting visitors enjoy the monster-filled world throughout the property.

Hiyoshi Roll (Halloween Edition)
This popular roll cake, named after Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower's executive chef, gets a Halloween makeover for October only. A black sponge cake evoking a night when monsters lurk is rolled up with pumpkin cream accented with yuzu chocolate.

Autumn Halloween Garden
The "Bonfire Living" area within THE LIVING GARDEN, a space reserved for Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower guests, transforms into a setting inspired by an autumn harvest festival and Halloween. Guests are greeted by eerily smiling jack-o'-lantern displays and flickering ghosts, and a crescent moon display returns this year at the photo spot in front of KUROBAR.
Cloaks, headbands, and other Halloween costume items are also available for free rental during the event — why not throw a Halloween party in the garden area?
