New Colors Pink and Teal Added to the Polaroid Now Generation 3 Instant Camera

Two new colors are joining the Polaroid Now Generation 3 lineup. Starting March 6, 2026, the Pink and Teal versions of the iconic analog instant camera will be available in Japan at major retailers including Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera, and Loft, as well as through the official online store.

The Polaroid Now Generation 3 is an analog instant camera optimized for sharper, clearer photos across a variety of lighting conditions. Thanks to an improved light meter placement, an upgraded rangefinder sensor, and a twin-lens autofocus system that automatically switches between two lenses, the camera delivers crisp, beautiful shots even in bright outdoor sunlight.

The camera also comes equipped with features such as a tripod mount, lens filter compatibility (sold separately), a self-timer, and a double exposure mode. No complex settings are required — anyone can intuitively capture a classic Polaroid-style shot.

The camera body incorporates approximately 40% recycled materials, achieving a more sustainable build while retaining the iconic Polaroid design. The new Pink and Teal colorways offer fresh ways to express everyday moments more freely and personally.

Improvements to the rangefinder sensor, flash, and autofocus system optimize exposure even under strong sunlight, enabling consistently bright and clear photos.

The camera features a two-lens autofocus system that automatically selects the optimal lens based on the distance to the subject. Simply press the large red shutter button to get the shot.
