"Kazamigusa" is an elegant cocktail perfect for early spring, combining the rich sweet and sour notes of plum wine with the refreshing acidity of grapefruit juice and the slight bitterness of Campari. Garnished with perilla leaf and dried fruit, this cocktail creates a beautiful gradient in the glass, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
