Designer Miori Takeda
After graduating from Tama Art University's Graphic Design Department, Takeda joined Shiseido in 2011 as a designer and art director. She became independent in 2021. Primarily handles art direction and graphic design for beauty, fashion, and jewelry brands. In 2022, she received the "JAGDA New Face Award" presented by the Japan Graphic Designers Association (JAGDA) to promising graphic designers (39 years and younger) expected to thrive in the future.
Head Chef Keita Goshima
With experience training at three-Michelin-star restaurants in France and winning grand prizes in cooking contests, Goshima has served as Executive Chef at Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto and Rihga Royal Hotel Tokyo.
Currently oversees product development and supervision for hotel products.
Chef Chocolatier Motohiro Okai
Appointed as dedicated chocolatier upon the birth of "Chocolat Boutique L'éclat" in May 2007.
Continues to create works filled with creativity based on inspiration. From 2010 to 2014, participated in "Salon du Chocolat," the world's chocolate festival held at JR Kyoto Isetan.
