A new sake event is coming to Tokyo Big Sight this August, bringing together sake from 44 breweries across Japan for unlimited tasting alongside a business conference for the industry. The full lineup of sake labels that will be poured over the event's three days has now been revealed.
What Is SAKE LEADERS SUMMIT?
SAKE LEADERS SUMMIT combines a business conference dedicated to the sake industry with a tasting event featuring sake from 44 breweries gathered from across the country. Breweries, businesses, experts, and industry groups shaping the future of Japan's sake industry come together over the three days for networking, business discussions, and collaboration, with the aim of passing on sake's traditions and culture to the next generation while expanding the market both in Japan and abroad.
Taste Sake From 44 Breweries Nationwide: SAKE LOUNGE
At the "SAKE LOUNGE," visitors can taste as much as they like from sake gathered from 44 breweries around Japan. The labels being poured include:

How to Attend
Tasting
Tasting tickets are sold through Peatix: https://peatix.com/event/5091738
For ¥2,000, visitors can taste sake as many times as they like on a given day. A few notes:
- Each day's tasting runs from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Visitors wanting to taste across all three days need to purchase three tickets.
- Present your ticket at the venue to exchange it for a wristband.
- Besides a Peatix ticket, tasting also requires separate "exhibition registration," available at https://south-hall2026.reg.tsoint.jp/ja/client-register using invitation code SH200030.
Conference
The business conference can be booked through https://hakkoexpo.jp/seminar/ by filtering with seminar code "S," then logging in from the event details page to register. Conference attendance also requires the same "exhibition registration" with invitation code SH200030 noted above.
