KADOKAWA's figure brand KDcolle (KADOKAWA Collection), built around the concept of "a new story you can hold in your hands," has opened pre-orders for its latest non-scale figure: a figure of Shana from Shakugan no Shana designed to balance easy display with high-quality detail. Pre-orders began July 3, 2026 (Friday), available exclusively through Kadokawa Store and AmiAmi.
Shakugan no Shana began serialization in November 2002 under the Dengeki Bunko entertainment novel imprint. Written by Yashichiro Takahashi with illustrations by Noizi Ito, the series was adapted into three seasons of TV anime, a theatrical film, and two OVA series between 2005 and 2011, and has sold more than 8.6 million copies to date.
The Shana Original Novel Ver. Non-Scale Figure takes its motif from the cover illustration of the novel Shakugan no Shana SIII, recreating one of the series' most striking scenes: Shana in her flame-haired, flame-eyed form, gripping her blade. Standing at approximately 155mm tall — a size that fits easily on a shelf — the figure combines detailed sculpting with shaded paintwork for a richly detailed finish.
Each retailer is also offering its own pre-order bonus. Kadokawa Store includes a mini shikishi board featuring reproduced autographs from Yashichiro Takahashi and Noizi Ito, while AmiAmi includes a B4 clear poster. Customers who pre-order through Kadokawa Store will additionally be entered into a lottery for a chance to win a shikishi board hand-signed by both creators.
