Shokz, a maker of open-ear earphones, is releasing two limited-edition collaboration models tied to the anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventure in limited quantities starting Friday, October 23, 2026. The OpenRun Pro 2 Jonathan Joestar Model and the OpenDots 2 Dio Brando Model mark an anniversary collaboration with the anime.
Both models were also a hot topic in the special JoJo's Bizarre Adventure collaboration campaign that ran alongside the collaboration announcement on Friday, October 16, 2026. Each model includes recorded voices of Jonathan Joestar and Dio Brando, respectively. Every time the earphones are used, the character's voice rings out, making it feel like stepping into the world of the anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood. A total of 12 types of voices* across the two models add the heat and excitement unique to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure to everyday life.

Starting Friday, October 23, 2026, listening units and display fixtures for the JoJo limited collaboration models will be set up in phases at participating stores of some electronics retailers.

At THE★JOJO WORLD, a permanent shop at Shibuya PARCO where visitors can experience the world of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, the collaboration models will be displayed for one month, from Friday, October 16 to Monday, November 16, 2026, using in-store signage, flyers and a glass showcase.

3. Weekend-Only Pop-Up Events

Shokz is sponsoring Yokohama Marathon 2026, held on October 25, 2026, and will set up an exhibition booth in the EXPO venue where visitors can experience the collaboration models.

About the Anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood / Battle Tendency
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a hugely popular manga by Hirohiko Araki that began serialization in the combined issue 1/2 of 1987 of Weekly Shonen Jump. Phantom Blood / Battle Tendency is the first anime series based on the work and began airing in October 2012.
Phantom Blood: The Aztecs, a sun-worshipping people who flourished in ancient Mexico, passed down a strange "Stone Mask." It was a miraculous mask said to bring eternal life and the power of a true ruler, but at some point it vanished from history.
Time passes, and it is the latter half of the 19th century, an era in which people's thinking and lives were changing dramatically. Jonathan Joestar and Dio Brando meet and spend their boyhood and young adulthood together, and eventually follow strange and fateful paths because of the "Stone Mask."
