Suntory will release "The Premium Malt's 〈Japanese Ale〉 Irohana (色華) Kaoru Ale" in limited quantities nationwide from July 14, 2026 (Tuesday).
"The Premium Malt's 〈Japanese Ale〉 Kaoru Ale" is characterized by its "fresh aroma and rich flavor," achieved through a combination of carefully selected ingredients, Suntory's proprietary top-fermenting yeast, and the refined techniques of its brewers.
This summer, the Kaoru Ale line is teaming up with "Ron Herman"*, a California lifestyle brand, with the aim of delivering an even more fulfilling summer experience. The new "Irohana Kaoru Ale" follows the earlier limited release of "The Premium Malt's 〈Japanese Ale〉 Natsukaze Kaoru Ale" (summer breeze version) in May, marking the second installment in this summer series under the concept of "the vividness of midsummer."

Flavor and Packaging
The brew uses Hallertau Blanc hops with top-fermenting yeast to produce a flavor profile featuring a bright, white grape-like aroma and a rich, lingering finish.
The packaging captures the vibrant atmosphere of midsummer, depicting sunlight streaming from a blue sky, the white exterior walls of Ron Herman stores, and colorful blooming flowers.
In addition, a six-can pack of "The Premium Malt's 〈Japanese Ale〉 Kaoru Ale" bundled with an original "Ron Herman" × "Kaoru Ale" eco bag will also launch in limited quantities from July 14.
