THE LIVELY Marks 7th Anniversary with "THE LIVELY 7DAYS" Music, Art, and Food Celebration in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka

Global Agents Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Go Yamazaki) operates LIVELY HOTELS, a nationwide collection of boutique and lifestyle hotels spanning six brands, 12 properties, and around 1,200 rooms. Its flagship lifestyle hotel brand, THE LIVELY, is marking its 7th anniversary with special events at three properties: THE LIVELY Tokyo Azabu-Juban, THE LIVELY Osaka Honmachi, and THE LIVELY Fukuoka Hakata. Event dates and content vary by property.

THE LIVELY, LIVELY HOTELS' Flagship Brand

LIVELY HOTELS aims to offer more than the simple functional value of a place to sleep, centering its brand concept on "experiential value"—the idea that guests come away from their stay with something updated in themselves. THE LIVELY, the flagship brand, opened in Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo in 2019. Redefining the hotel as "a place where people, information, and opportunity gather from around the world," it aims to deliver guest experiences full of stimulation, with new discoveries at every visit. The properties also welcome not only overnight guests but local residents and anyone curious about the hotel. In spring 2027, a fourth THE LIVELY property is set to open in Yamaguchi Prefecture's Yuda Onsen, continuing the brand's effort to nurture new regional connections while delivering experiences unique to THE LIVELY. Seven Days Packed with THE LIVELY's Appeal: "THE LIVELY 7DAYS"

This year, to mark THE LIVELY's 7th anniversary, the three properties in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka are hosting the commemorative event "THE LIVELY 7DAYS."

Alongside the music- and art-themed events held every year, this year's program also opens up previously guests-only programs to the public and introduces limited-edition menus, among other content. Through music, art, and food, visitors can experience THE LIVELY's distinctive atmosphere and a break from the everyday.

Programs are open to everyone regardless of whether they are staying at the hotel, with each property running a variety of content over seven days—so hotel guests, local residents, and anyone interested in the hotel can take part in whatever suits their interests.

Since opening, THE LIVELY has proposed a wide range of experiences through its stays and events, built around the four keywords "Design, Music, Art, and Tech," incorporating new ideas, concepts, and trends along the way. On the final day of "THE LIVELY 7DAYS" at each property, main DJ YonYon joins set designers Pakuchi Hitomi and Hayashi Rena for "Heisei Retro Deco-Mori Night," an event reinterpreting the recently trending "Heisei retro" aesthetic through THE LIVELY's own lens. The night brings together music popular during the Heisei era, set design inspired by "deco" and "mori" culture, and original event food created by each property's chefs around a "Heisei x local flavor" theme, delivering an evening where nostalgia and novelty intersect.
