Yokohama Camping Car Show 2026 Announced at Pacifico Yokohama with Actor Shido Nakamura

The Yokohama Camping Car Show 2026 is scheduled for September 26 (Saturday) and 27 (Sunday) at Pacifico Yokohama, Hall A and B. Organized by the Yokohama Camping Car Show Executive Committee, the event brings together popular and latest-model camping vehicles from across Japan.

A Wide Range of Camping Cars on Display

The show floor will feature camping vehicles across a broad spectrum — from compact kei camping cars that are easy to get started with, to versatile vans (bancon), classic cab-over models (cabcon), and premium full-size coaches and bus conversions (furukon and basukon). A wide variety of manufacturers and retailers from across Japan are also expected to participate, with camping car accessories and outdoor goods available to browse.

Shido Nakamura Confirmed for Stage Appearance

Actor Shido Nakamura, winner of the 14th Camping Car Award, has been confirmed as a stage guest. Known for integrating camping cars into both his personal and professional life — including a family road trip around Hokkaido and using one as a dressing room on location shoots — Nakamura will share his perspective on the appeal of camping car travel and how he incorporates it into his everyday lifestyle. His talk is expected to offer a rare look at how a working professional uses a camping car in real life.
