A new complex facility called "Yokohama Timber Wharf" has opened in Rinko Park in Yokohama's Minato Mirai 21 district on October 17, 2025. DRAFT serves as the lead company driving the project and operating the facility.
A New Landmark for Yokohama: "Yokohama Timber Wharf"
On the first floor of the facility, the popular fresh donut specialty shop "I'm donut?" operated by peace put Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Fukuoka City; President: Ryota Hirako) and the beloved bakery cafe "dacō" have opened. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, CRAZY Co., Ltd.'s first restaurant, "CRAZY GRANDE MAISON," is scheduled to open in January 2026. Also starting in January, outdoor recreation support functions will begin operation on the 2nd and 3rd floors to assist runners, walkers, and other outdoor activity enthusiasts.
Furthermore, "Yokohama Timber Wharf" plans to host a variety of events throughout the year. Through outdoor activities utilizing Rinko Park as an integrated space, art and food events, and other initiatives, the facility aims to create new experiential value and promote the vitality of Rinko Park. By collaborating with existing community-rooted events, Yokohama Timber Wharf seeks to become a new symbol of Yokohama, fostering human interaction and creating new culture.
