At YOKUMOKU's Tokyo Station Ichibangai store, the brand's first-ever shake, COO-CHE, has been selling out its daily quota ever since launch, as its break-it, mix-it, drink-it experience became a hit on social media. Marketed under the concept "it looks like a drink, but it's a dessert," COO-CHE lets customers enjoy the fun of breaking apart and mixing in a cookie, along with the changing textures from crisp to smooth. The treat, exclusive to the Tokyo Station Ichibangai store, has also won over younger customers who previously had few opportunities to try YOKUMOKU.

COO-CHE will take a temporary break from sales after Saturday, October 31, 2026. YOKUMOKU plans to bring it back around January 2027 in a form that lives up to customers' expectations even further.

One of COO-CHE's appeals is its drinkable-cookie experience: customers break apart a rolled langue de chat cookie and mix it in, changing the texture and flavor as they go.
