Niconico Chokaigi is Japan's largest user-participatory festival that brings all aspects of the video community "Niconico" into the real world. Since 2012, this spring tradition has been held annually at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture, with the concept of "fusing the digital and real worlds." Beloved as an experiential event where visitors are not mere spectators but participants who sing, dance, and interact with one another. The venue brings together various genres originating from Niconico, including Vocaloid, utaite (cover singers), odorite (dancers), VTubers, and game streaming.
