1 Homes Tokyo Opens in Akasaka — Asia's First 1 Homes Property

A new style of urban living is arriving in Tokyo's Akasaka district. 1 Homes Tokyo, the Asia debut of the sustainable luxury lifestyle residence brand 1 Homes, is scheduled to open in March 2026 on floors 38 to 43 of Akasaka Trust Tower, part of the large-scale Tokyo World Gate Akasaka development.

Nature-Inspired Luxury Living in the City

1 Homes Tokyo is a branded service residence — a furnished rental property equipped with kitchen facilities — that brings the world of the luxury hotel brand 1 Hotels into a residential setting. Sustainability and luxury form the core of the concept, with natural materials used throughout the entrance and shared spaces to create a calm, unhurried atmosphere even in the heart of the city.

The residential floors sit adjacent to 1 Hotel Tokyo, and residents can reach the hotel's facilities — including a pool, fitness center, spa, and dining venues — via a dedicated private route. This setup blends the comfort of a private residence with hotel-quality services woven into everyday life.

A dedicated concierge service tailors support to each resident's individual needs. 24-hour assistance coordinated with the hotel ensures peace of mind, while the fitness center is available around the clock. Restaurant dining, the pool, the luxury spa, and in-room dining can all be used as a natural extension of daily routines. (Note: some services are subject to an additional fee.)
