Pastry chef-crafted peach sweets fill a three-tier stand for this afternoon tea. The top tier's centerpiece is a "peach mousse" shaped like the fruit itself, delivering juicy peach sweetness in every bite, alongside a "peach Mont Blanc" and a "peach and Earl Grey pain de Gênes." The middle tier offers four items that express the peach's many facets through different textures and flavors, including a "peach and lemongrass jelly" and a "peach and rose pâte de fruit." Savory items round out the stand with three colorful dishes made with seasonal summer vegetables and seafood, such as a "squid and summer vegetable ceviche" and a "chilled corn potage." The Mille-Feuille Pancake, a popular item inspired by the "Crêpe Suzette" and "Crème Brûlée" desserts served at Anniversaire weddings, returns with a new "bride's dress" motif. Layers of chewy crepe batter and rich custard cream are topped with a caramelized finish, creating a contrast between chewy and crisp textures. This version renders the drape of a bride's dress through the mille-feuille pancake, finished with juicy white peach, white peach sherbet, and a sweet peach sauce.

This beer garden plan is served on the terrace overlooking Minato Mirai's harbor, with the night view as a backdrop. In the open-air setting with a sea breeze, guests can spend a relaxed summer evening with someone special. The prix fixe-style menu lets guests choose one dish each from cold appetizers, hot appetizers, mains, and pasta to build a shareable spread, paired with a seasonal ice cream dessert and free-flow drinks that include beer, wine, and cocktails. For the summer season, the café has also added Friday dinner service, giving guests the option of an after-work Friday dinner or a weekend dinner following a day out or shopping trip, set against the Minato Mirai skyline.

Fever-Tree, a premium mixer brand made with botanical ingredients sourced from around the world, is the base for three summer cocktails. The "Lemon Sour," popular since last year, has been updated using Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic Water with extra lemon for a fruitier, evolving flavor. Two new additions join the lineup this year: "Blue Jewel," a cool blue drink made with the herbal, floral Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water and butterfly pea, finished with a shimmering jewel-like jelly; and "Peach Cloud," which layers peach sweetness over the fruity Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and is topped with pink cotton candy. All three cocktails are also available in non-alcoholic versions.
