Park Hyatt Kyoto and Chefs for the Blue to Host Sustainable Gastronomy Dinner "Sustainable Seas, Kyoto Table" on July 7
Following six months of collaborative training and field visits, Park Hyatt Kyoto and the chef collective Chefs for the Blue are presenting a special sustainable gastronomy event, "Sustainable Seas, Kyoto Table," on July 7, 2026, featuring an 8-course dinner by three acclaimed Kyoto chefs.
