Sapporo Park Hotel is holding a one-night-only special dinner event, the "Summer Wine Dinner," on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The evening will feature Jennifer Julian, official ambassador of Champagne Jacquart, who will guide guests through the world of champagne and fine wine paired with a hotel-crafted semi-buffet menu.

The event brings together four varieties of Jacquart champagne and carefully selected white and red wines. Jennifer Julian — a wine promoter and food producer originally from Bordeaux, France — will share the history of champagne, the dedication of its makers, and insights into the depth of its flavors throughout the evening. Each wine will be matched with dishes prepared by the hotel's kitchen in a semi-buffet format designed to bring out the best in every glass.
