Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Yatsugatake to Sell Domaine Mie Ikeno 2024 Millésime Wines Exclusively to Hotel Guests

Starting June 13, 2026, Hoshino Resorts RISONARE Yatsugatake will offer Domaine Mie Ikeno's "Mie Ikeno 2024 Millésime" wines exclusively to hotel guests. The three varieties—Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Merlot—are grown in the winery's Cat's Paw Vineyard, a name inspired by the many cat footprints winemaker Mie Ikeno discovered when she first visited the uncleared field. Also going on sale at the same time is the "Mie Ikeno Mori Hibiki Symphony Yatsugatake Pinot Noir," a special release that captures the resonance of Yatsugatake's rich forests. As a partner hotel of Domaine Mie Ikeno since 2006, RISONARE Yatsugatake begins selling these wines on the same day they become available, allowing guests to enjoy them from the moment they arrive. Whether paired with a meal at the main dining restaurant "OTTO SETTE" or purchased by the bottle at the "Yatsugatake Wine House" to enjoy in the comfort of your room, there are plenty of ways to savor these rare wines throughout your stay.

Millésime refers to the year in which the grapes were harvested.
