Just one minute on foot from Hatchobori Station, the venue is easy to spot with its large sign and bright, open entrance — a welcoming space even for first-time visitors.

The concept follows the philosophy of "filling the night, nurturing the day." Tanita Cafe handles the daytime with healthy, enjoyable menus designed to naturally bring wellness into city life, quietly nourishing both body and mind. Tokyo Bouillabaisse Shokudo takes over in the evening, offering a seafood-forward bouillabaisse alongside wine in a composed, relaxed dining setting.

A day in the city passes faster than expected. The idea here is that, at least at mealtimes, people can return to themselves — nurtured at noon, and fulfilled by night. The two dining concepts together aim to shape that cycle of balance within the Hatchobori neighborhood.

Tanita Cafe

The daytime half of the space, Tanita Cafe, opened on March 5, 2026 and is currently in operation. Operated by health-focused company Tanita, the cafe is themed around heart and body wellness. The Hatchobori location offers a customizable one-plate format — a selectable main with deli sides — where guests can freely combine seasonal vegetable dishes to suit the day's mood or dietary needs.
