The plan lets guests enjoy a takeout party set from a well-loved neighborhood Italian restaurant together with the night view, right in a guest room equipped with a kitchen and dining space — a setup well suited to birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions where guests can relax on their own schedule without worrying about who's watching.
Background
Since the hotel opened in January 2026, more than half of guests have used the in-room kitchen, and post-stay surveys have repeatedly shown strong interest in kitchen and dining use on a return visit. At the same time, some guests noted they weren't sure how to make the most of the space, or that it still felt like an extension of everyday life rather than something special. Aiming to close that gap and offer a way to spend a special day that only an apartment-style hotel can provide, OMO5 Yokohama Bashamichi developed this new plan.
A Party Set From Neighborhood Italian Favorite Trattoria Da KENZO
The plan features an original takeout party set prepared by Trattoria Da KENZO, a beloved Italian restaurant in Yokohama's Bashamichi neighborhood, made exclusively for the hotel. With no cooking required, guests can enjoy restaurant-quality food straight in their room. Tableware and other party essentials are also included, so there's no cleanup to worry about and guests can enjoy a private party at ease.
A Private Night View From More Than 154 Meters Up
Guest rooms sit on floors more than 154 meters above ground, with windows looking out over a dramatic view of Yokohama at night — a setting distinct from a restaurant or home. Because the kitchen and dining space are part of a private room, guests can take in the view at their own pace without concern for time or other people around them.
