The Sky Lounge "Bay View" on the 28th floor of Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers is offering a spring-limited "Spring Evening High Tea" from March 1 to April 30, 2026. Priced at ¥11,000 per person (tax and service charge included), the event runs daily from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM with last entry at 7:00 PM, on a 2-hour seating system with drinks free-flow for 90 minutes.
The menu is built around cherry blossom and strawberry themes, crafted by Bay View's head French chef Kohei Takagi with careful attention to champagne pairing and the visual harmony of each dish.

Menu Highlights
Appetizers
The starter selection includes a beet and potato velouté in a cherry blossom–pink hue, a petite colorful vegetable salad, marinated seafood with basil sauce, and a salmon and fromage blanc tart. The spread also features a strawberry and mozzarella caprese with balsamic sauce, dried tomatoes and olives, and smoked duck with orange pintxos.


Hot Dishes
The hot section centers on domestic pork confit with wasabi sauce for a light, refreshing accent. Also on the menu is a pâté de campagne mini burger with mustard sauce on cherry blossom–pink beet-infused buns, and "Mac'n'Cheese" — a macaroni and cheese cocotte gratin. A bread assortment with butter is also included.

Dessert
The course ends with a rosé wine jelly and strawberry parfait. The pretty cross-section of fresh strawberry makes for a visually appealing finale that rounds off the meal with a sweet-tart, spring-like touch.

Free-Flow Drinks
The drinks package includes Moët & Chandon Moët Impérial champagne on free-flow, plus five spring-limited cocktails and five mocktails (10 varieties in total), draft beer, red and white wine, whisky, non-alcoholic gin, and various soft drinks.


About the Chef

Head chef Kohei Takagi trained at culinary school before refining his craft at a French restaurant. Drawn deeply to French culture, he spent four years studying at a university's French language department. He joined Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers after graduating, moving through the Bay View kitchen and banquet kitchen before being appointed exclusive chef for NISSAN STAR SUITES inside Yokohama Stadium in 2018. In 2019 he became head chef at the all-day buffet "Compass," and in August 2023 he took over as head chef at Bay View on the hotel's top floor.
