BIO-RESORT HOTEL&SPA O Park OGOSE (referred to as O Park OGOSE), a complex resort facility operated by Onsendo Co., Ltd. This special event features a wine explanation by the winery's representative while guests enjoy an exclusive dinner course prepared by O Park OGOSE's head chef, paired with carefully selected wines. By hearing directly from the winemakers about their passion and background, guests can experience the charm of both the cuisine and wines more deeply.

A special full course by the head chef, featuring Ogose Town's specialty "ume" (plum) cleverly combined with seasonal ingredients. Themed around "the changing seasons of ume throughout the year," the entire course allows guests to experience the diverse expressions of plums.
About Passion Winery
Passion Winery is a promising new winery established in Ashigakubo, Yokoze Town, Chichibu District, Saitama Prefecture. After obtaining their fruit liquor manufacturing license in September 2024, they launched authentic winemaking from grape cultivation to brewing. They pursue bringing out the maximum characteristics of grapes nurtured in Yokoze's rich natural environment, focusing on wine individuality and quality.
In their inaugural year, they achieved the remarkable feat of winning gold medals for two wines at the international wine competition "Sakura Award." They are attracting attention as a winery pioneering new possibilities for Japanese wine.
On the event day, the winery's representative will personally introduce the background and passion behind the wines while guiding guests through pairings with the head chef's special dinner. This special experience offers not just the taste of wine but also the winemaker's passion and story.
