Shinjuku Prince Hotel's Buffet Dining Prince Marché is hosting a "Spice & Citrus Buffet" fair from May 1 (Friday) to June 30 (Tuesday), 2026. Themed around "Welcoming Early Summer with Aromas and Acidity," the buffet brings together spice-accented hot dishes, chilled seafood preparations, and citrus-forward desserts to celebrate the lightness of the new season.
The buffet offers approximately 40 menu items daily across both lunch and dinner services, balancing hot dishes, cold preparations, and sweets. It is well-suited for family outings, gatherings with friends, or celebratory meals.
On the savory side, bistro-style dishes are seasoned with spices such as cumin and fennel for fragrant depth. The dessert section features refreshing creations using lemons, hyuganatsu citrus, and oranges, providing a bright and lingering finish.
Dinner brings extra flair with a live carving service for domestic roast beef (dinner only), and a tableside Setouchi Lemon Mont Blanc performance (dinner only) for a dramatic and memorable experience.
