MANHATTAN TABLE at Shinjuku Washington Hotel Launches Dinner Service - Reservations Begin January 19, Service Starts February 1

MANHATTAN TABLE, located on the 25th floor of Shinjuku Washington Hotel (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Shuji Wada), will launch dinner service on February 1, 2026, with the concept of "Exciting moments in an adult space fused with night views." Reservations will begin today, January 19.

Interior view

Located on the top floor of the main building, the restaurant welcomes guests through a sparkling wine cellar corridor. Beyond the large panoramic windows, the night view of West Shinjuku, including the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, unfolds, offering a special moment to enjoy with all five senses. Window-side counter seats with panoramic views and spacious table seats for groups are available.

Modern Cuisine Menu

To mark the launch of dinner service, three courses of "modern cuisine" have been prepared, incorporating traditional Japanese ingredients and seasonal produce.

The recommended "Starry" course begins with a gorgeous shared-style appetizer stand, followed by Australian abalone and sea bream with bonito dashi-infused sauce, and Kuroge Wagyu beef steak enhanced by the rich flavor of Kinzanji miso. A selection of drinks curated by the sommelier is also available. Guests can savor each glass alongside their meal, tailored to their occasion and mood.

Dining scene

The restaurant offers a warm and blissful time for special occasions such as anniversaries and dinners with loved ones, in a space that fuses the extraordinary with relaxation, accompanied by spectacular night views.
