The prix-fixe dinner course is priced at ¥8,800 per person (tax included).

Special Dinner Course with Seasonal Shinshu Ingredients

The dinner service runs from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM (last order 7:00 PM), with a prix-fixe course that lets guests make selections at each stage. The menu features local Shinshu-grown ingredients throughout.

The course includes an amuse-bouche, a choice of appetizer (from two options), seasonal soup, fish dish, a choice of main meat course (thigh or sirloin), dessert, and coffee or tea. Guests can also choose between a cheese course or petits fours following the main course.

A children's menu is available for guests under elementary school age, making the dinner suitable for families with young children.
