Toba Kokusai Hotel in Toba, Mie Prefecture is offering a special table manners experience plan this summer at its main dining room "Sea Horse." Limited to two groups per day, the plan is designed for families who want to introduce their children to French dining in a supportive and welcoming environment. Bookings are available for stays between July 1 and August 31, 2026.
