Valentine's Dinner Image

This special dinner has been created to provide guests with a memorable Valentine's evening. In a fantastical atmosphere illuminated by flickering candlelight, diners can enjoy a six-course French menu crafted by the chef.

The appetizer features Norwegian salmon flash-smoked at the table. The rising smoky aroma stimulates the appetite, and the dish is adorned with potato blinis and Oscietra caviar, creating a refined plate that reflects the classic traditions of French cuisine. For the soup, guests can savor a special creation that layers the rich flavors of sherry and cassis over Okura's traditional double consommé. The main course showcases tenderly seared veal filet paired with duck foie gras and morel mushrooms in an à la crème sauce, offering a luxurious combination that highlights the noble aroma of morel mushrooms.

For dessert, the "Jubilee of Mixed Berries" features a spectacular flaming presentation. Skilled service staff will perform a flambé tableside, delivering a vivid theatrical moment alongside the lingering elegance befitting a Valentine's evening.

In the gentle glow of candlelight at French restaurant Le Chandor, guests can enjoy this one-night-only special course and create lasting memories with someone special.
