Benjamin Steakhouse's Kyoto location is running a limited-time Champagne Free-Flow Plan from June 12 (Friday) to July 12 (Sunday), 2026, available for both lunch and dinner. The plan pairs Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel champagne with three selected appetizers, priced at ¥8,000 per person (tax and service charge included). Reservations are open from May 13 (Wednesday).
About Benjamin Steakhouse Kyoto
Benjamin Steakhouse was founded in 2006 in Manhattan by Benjamin Plobukaj and Benjamin Sinanaj, together with chef Arturo McLeod, who had spent approximately 20 years as a steak master at a long-established Brooklyn steakhouse.
The Kyoto location occupies a renovated machiya (traditional Kyoto townhouse), where New York's refinement meets the quieter aesthetics of Japanese design. The warm wooden interior provides a calm, welcoming setting for the restaurant's signature steak offerings.
Champagne Free-Flow Plan
The plan features Piper-Heidsieck Essentiel served free-flow for 120 minutes (last order at 90 minutes). Three appetizers are included, each chosen to complement the champagne:

- Fresh Oysters: The mineral character of the oysters harmonizes with the champagne, drawing out a cleaner, brighter marine flavor.
- Tuna Tartare: The champagne's acidity and fine bubbles balance the richness of the tartare, lending it a light and polished quality.
- Prosciutto: The champagne's bubbles bring out the prosciutto's umami, while the prosciutto's saltiness sharpens the champagne's profile — each one enhancing the other.
