Bel Amer, a chocolate specialty store that portrays Japan's seasons and culture through its chocolat creations, is releasing a Tanabata-limited collection evoking a summer night sky sparkling with stars.
The lineup captures the Milky Way stretching across a tranquil night sky, the shimmer of countless stars, and the quiet feeling of thinking of someone dear — all translated into delicate chocolat and entremet form. The collection is available for a limited time at Bel Amer stores across Japan.
Palé Chocolat Milky Way
Based on Bel Amer's original bitter chocolate, this seasonal limited palé chocolat features a blue line evoking the Milky Way and colorful star-shaped accents. The design draws on the legend of Orihime and Hikoboshi, who cross the Milky Way to meet just once a year, expressing that fantastical night sky in a delicate piece of chocolate.

Chocolat Noir Starlight
The popular Chocolat Noir entremet from Bel Amer's regular lineup returns in a Tanabata-exclusive look. The rich, layered chocolate flavor remains the same, while the exterior is reimagined with the deep tones of a silent summer night, adorned with glimmering stars and a gently flowing Milky Way.
