Korean café and donut brand BONTEMPS is introducing 20 new drinks at its Japanese locations starting June 12 (Friday). The new lineup features frappés, smoothies, and sodas — drink categories well-suited to the warmer months ahead.
The new offerings cover popular flavors including matcha, earl grey, strawberry, mango, and shine muscat. From classic coffee-based frappés to a misutkaru frappé — made with misutkaru, a roasted grain blend enjoyed in Korea — along with fruit-packed smoothies and refreshing sparkling sodas, there are 20 varieties to choose from depending on your mood. These drinks pair particularly well with BONTEMPS' signature donuts.

About BONTEMPS
BONTEMPS is a Korean coffee and donut brand that made its Japan debut in December 2023. Since then, stores have been opening across the country, with new locations drawing queues of over 150 people at times.
The brand's donuts are based on "kkwabaegi," a traditional Korean twisted confection, and are made fresh by hand every morning at each location. No sugar is used in the dough — instead, the natural sweetness of ingredients such as potato and pumpkin brings out the flavor, resulting in a lightly crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Around 15 standard varieties are available daily, with seasonal limited items bringing the total to approximately 20. All donuts are made and sold the same day.
BONTEMPS also carries drinks exclusive to Japan, including a Salted Cream Americano and Bontan Cream Coffee, drawing on popular Korean flavors.
