British Hills (Tamura Village, Fukushima Prefecture), a resort that has welcomed over 1.1 million visitors since its founding in 1994, will host "Rose Week" from Saturday, May 30 to Sunday, July 5, 2026. The event is being held in connection with the Fukushima Destination Campaign. Highlights include the resort's Rose Garden, which opened as part of the 30th anniversary celebrations, rose-themed decorations throughout the property, rose merchandise, special menus, and rose-inspired English culture lessons. Visitors can enjoy the atmosphere of a British early summer at this faithfully recreated medieval English townscape.
