CANDEO HOTELS and Osaka-based sweets brand Mon cher — known for the popular Dojima Roll — have teamed up to release a limited-edition cake at THE C's SKY CAFE, located on the 17th floor of CANDEO HOTELS OSAKA THE TOWER. The collaboration cake went on sale on April 21, 2026 (Tuesday).
Both brands are rooted in Osaka's Dojima neighborhood, and the partnership was born from a shared desire to invigorate the local area. The limited cake brings together the classic flavors of the Dojima Roll with the refined setting of CANDEO HOTELS.
"CANDEO HOTELS Original Rum-Infused Adult Dojima Tiramisu Roll"
The collaboration cake features a smooth cream made from rich mascarpone cheese blended with Mon cher's original cream, rolled together with a fragrant coffee cream. Each bite delivers the layered depth of a classic tiramisu in roll cake form.
The sponge uses Belgian chocolate and Dutch cocoa, and is soaked in a coffee syrup delicately infused with rum. The mild bitterness of coffee, the richness of cheese, and the lingering aroma of chocolate combine to create a taste that closely resembles an authentic tiramisu.

Mon cher is a patisserie brand founded in Dojima, Osaka in 2003. Its signature Dojima Roll was originally created to maximize each roll of sponge — minimizing waste so that as many rolls as possible could be offered to customers. The product has been cherished for over 20 years.
In 2024, Mon cher opened its own farm — "Mon cher Farm" — in Nakaoshibetsu, Hokkaido, to pursue richer and more natural milk quality and contribute to the development of Japan's dairy farming industry.
