Fran's Chocolates, the Seattle-born chocolatier, will begin selling its 2027 Valentine Collection in January 2027. The lineup of chocolates and baked sweets will be available at its Kyoto store, at department store events across Japan in 2027, and through online shops. Flavors that were previously available only at the Kyoto BAL flagship store will also appear at the department store events.

The chocolate assortments are selected so that a variety of flavors, each highlighting its ingredients, can be enjoyed in one box. The packaging is based on fuchsia pink and is designed for Valentine's Day gifts.

This assortment centers on two varieties of the signature "Salt Caramel" and the truffle chocolates that are popular at the Kyoto BAL flagship store.

A new flavor is joining the Financier, which made its debut as the brand's first financier in September 2026. It will be sold in advance at some department store events.
