Thanko Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Chiyoda City, Tokyo; President: Taichi Arai) has begun pre-orders for the "Gourmet Smoke Selection 2."
Pre-orders opened exclusively through Thanko's official online store on July 10, with sales set to expand to various e-commerce sites from early August.
This product is a rechargeable, full smoking set that lets you enjoy authentic smoked flavors right on your own tabletop at home.
Its predecessor, the "Gourmet Smoke Selection," sold out its entire retail allocation of more than 900 units (980 units) within just 10 days of release.
This latest model keeps the same safe, flame-free, USB-rechargeable design while featuring a taller smoke pot than its predecessor.
That means a shot glass can now be placed inside as-is, letting you smoke several drinks at once.
It comes with six carefully selected wood smoking chips (cherry, pear, beech, hickory, apple, and oak), so you can add rich smoky aroma to cheese, whiskey, and more from the day you get it.
