The buffet restaurant "Le Sensoriel" has introduced a new concept inspired by a "marché" (market), rolling out new signature menu items that highlight the joy of discovery, the excitement of a live kitchen, and the freshness of local ingredients.
The updated menu also reflects greater attention to dietary diversity, with an expanded range of vegetarian options and a strengthened kids menu.
