Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa (Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo) is hosting a nighttime pool event called "NIGHT POOL LIVE" on its rooftop "Sky Pool," on four Friday evenings: July 31, August 7, August 14, and August 21, 2026.
The hotel's rooftop Sky Pool sits just a 5-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. From dusk into the evening, guests can enjoy a luxurious poolside atmosphere while watching the sky shift from twilight to night. This year's event adds live performances by music artists on all four dates — guests can soak in the shimmer of the pool and a refreshing night breeze while listening to curated sounds.
The lit-up poolside, bathed in soft light, creates a tranquil retreat from the bustle of daily life. With a drink in hand and DJ sets or acoustic performances filling the air, the setting evokes a tropical resort escape right in the heart of the city.
