The Tokyo Metropolitan Foundation for History and Culture's Arts Council Tokyo, together with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, runs the Heaven Artist Program. As part of the program, Heaven Artists who normally perform in parks and other locations around Tokyo will gather at Ueno Onshi Park for performances and live music in "HEAVEN ARTIST TOKYO 2026."
Admission is free, so everyone is welcome to stop by and enjoy the show.

About Heaven Artists
Heaven Artists are performers who have passed a review conducted by experts on behalf of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and been granted a license.
Once licensed, Heaven Artists can perform music or other acts at designated locations in Tokyo metropolitan parks and private facilities, at dates and times they have reserved.
This license does not permit street performances or music in ordinary public spaces.
