Part of the sales proceeds will be donated to Furano City in Hokkaido to support melon production promotion. The product contains 150g with a suggested retail price of 236 yen (excluding tax).

The product contains 3% Furano melon puree from melons grown in Furano, known for its melon cultivation (*no fruit pieces included). The development team focused on recreating the characteristic honey-like aromatic fragrance and rich sweetness of Furano melons. The finished product was taste-tested by the Mayor of Furano and city officials, who highly praised its flavor authenticity.
(2) Support Local Production by Purchasing "Gotouchi Kudamono Fruche"
Part of the sales from the "Gotouchi Kudamono Fruche" series is used to support fruit-producing regions. For this "Hokkaido Furano Melon" puree version, 1 yen per product sold will be donated to Furano City for use in promoting melon production.

① "Gotouchi Kudamono Fruche" Series Hits Big! Customer Feedback Leads to Third Release
The second release "Gotouchi Kudamono Fruche" with "Yamanashi Shine Muscat" juice launched in August 2025 achieved shipment volumes and sales numbers that significantly exceeded 2024's new Fruche products, receiving very positive feedback (*1). Customers who purchased "Gotouchi Kudamono Fruche" series products shared enthusiastic feedback including "The most delicious Fruche ever" and "I repeatedly purchase because I'm attracted to domestic fruit."
For this third series release, the decision was made to develop a "Hokkaido Furano Melon" version to deliver "Gotouchi Kudamono Fruche" to even more customers. This product supports Furano melon production areas facing challenges including farmer aging and labor shortages, while allowing customers to experience the appeal of these melons.

A development staff member from Hokkaido poured extraordinary dedication into faithfully recreating the "red-fleshed Furano melon flavor."
To reference the taste, they visited the actual Furano melon production area and tasted freshly harvested melons. Impressed by the fragrant and rich sweetness, they worked passionately on development thinking "I want to express this deliciousness in Fruche!"
During development, various production areas and melon varieties were tasted to analyze "Furano Melon" flavor characteristics. They defined "rich sweetness" and "honey-like aromatic fragrance" as Furano melon's distinctive features and incorporated these into the flavor profile.
They want melon lovers of all ages to enjoy the taste and experience Furano melon's deliciousness. They also hope to reach those interested in enjoying regional Japanese fruit flavors and regional support activities.
