The large ribbon shape makes this product adorable to look at. Croissant dough is folded multiple times to create a crispy outside and chewy inside, then baked and filled generously with rich, subtly sweet ganache. This is a carefully handcrafted creation featuring beautiful striped patterns, with attention paid to its glossy, rounded form and baking color. The butter aroma, the fragrant dough, and the perfectly paired chocolate create a delicious treat that turns breakfast or tea time into a blissful moment. Please enjoy this special danish during this limited period.

S.Weil by HOTEL NEW GRAND
Sally Weil, the first head chef at "Hotel New Grand," which opened in Yokohama in 1927.
He brought freedom and innovation to Western cuisine in Japan and was loved by many gourmets for his bright, modern French-style cooking. As a "gentle orthodox," this hotel shop inherits his achievements and techniques while proposing food and lifestyles that suit the current era. They offer a variety of products including frozen foods and ready-to-eat items that allow you to enjoy classic Western cuisine at home, bread and baked goods, as well as S.Weil brand items such as Mocha Rollo, original coffee, and brioche. The brand name carries on the legacy of "S.Weil," a famous Western confectionery shop created by Sally Weil's apprentice.
