Riviera Zushi Marina, the Shonan resort just 60 minutes from central Tokyo in Zushi, Kanagawa Prefecture, operated by Riviera Resort Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Zushi; President: Akio Kobayashi), is teaming up with Swiss luxury watch brand HUBLOT for a special collaboration this summer.
As the centerpiece of the collaboration, Malibu Farm Zushi Marina, the restaurant inside Riviera Zushi Marina, is hosting the limited-time "HUBLOT SUMMER LOUNGE" from July 17 (Friday) to August 2 (Sunday), 2026.
HUBLOT SUMMER LOUNGE celebrates the launch of HUBLOT's newly unveiled "Big Bang Summer" collection, bringing its refined aesthetic to a limited-time lounge experience at Riviera Zushi Marina.
Set against Riviera Zushi Marina's open, sea-facing location, the lounge creates a special atmosphere reminiscent of a Mediterranean summer. Malibu Farm Zushi Marina, the venue for HUBLOT SUMMER LOUNGE, is styled in mint, pink, and sky-blue pastel tones, drawing visitors into the world of "HUBLOT SUMMER" amid the marina-side mood and sea breeze.
Throughout the period, a special display features rare HUBLOT timepieces suited to summer, their modern presence adding extra flair to Riviera Zushi Marina's open, airy space.
A special menu of desserts and drinks, available only at HUBLOT SUMMER LOUNGE, rounds out the experience.

Riviera Zushi Marina
Riviera Zushi Marina opened in Zushi, Kanagawa Prefecture in 1971, and has been owned and operated by the Riviera Group since 2001. In 2022, it became a sustainable marina certified with the international environmental certification "Blue Flag," the first in Asia to receive it. About 60 minutes from central Tokyo, the resort spans approximately 50,000 tsubo of grounds, with around 900 palm trees lining the marina and views of Mt. Fuji across the water and marina. Facilities include a yacht harbor, two hotels, two restaurants, a cafe, event spaces, banquet and bridal venues, resort condominiums (9 buildings, 1,266 units), four tennis courts, and shops.

Malibu Farm Zushi Marina
Malibu Farm, a restaurant popular with celebrities overseas, made its first Japan debut inside Riviera Zushi Marina in March 2020 under the concept "Fresh, Organic, Local." Dishes by owner-chef Helen Henderson are known for showcasing the quality of carefully selected ingredients while being kind to the body, drawing long lines at the brand's five restaurants in the United States. Alongside its popular U.S. menu, Malibu Farm Zushi Marina also serves Japan-exclusive dishes made with fresh Shonan vegetables and seafood from Sagami Bay. Full-opening sliding doors merge the terrace and interior into one continuous space, with about 50 indoor seats and roughly 80 terrace seats spread around a large water feature that connects to the marina's sea, including water-side terrace seating surrounded by water on three sides and fire-terrace seating around a fireplace, suited to different moods. With its ample terrace seating, the restaurant is also well suited to dining with pets.
