Ichiran Hiroshima Hondori Store (一蘭 広島本通店) will have its full renewal opening at 6:00 PM on Friday, October 30, 2026. In the renovation, all seats on the 1st and 2nd floors, 61 in total, have been changed to Flavor Concentration Booths (味集中カウンター). The new layout is meant to let more diners concentrate on the flavor of tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen without worrying about the people around them.

What Is a Flavor Concentration Booth?
The Flavor Concentration Booth is a seating system that originated at Ichiran. It lets diners focus only on the taste of the ramen without minding their surroundings. Because there is no need to worry about other people's eyes, the sense of ease is said to shift the body from a sympathetic-nervous-system-dominant state to a parasympathetic-nervous-system-dominant state, so diners can feel the deliciousness of the ramen to the fullest. With this environment now in every seat, the store aims to serve the best possible bowl.
At the evolved Ichiran Hiroshima Hondori Store, diners can spend a relaxing time over a bowl of ramen.
