A Week of Refined Charm from Kanazawa, Kaga, and Noto at Hankyu Umeda Main Store

From January 14 (Wed) to 19 (Mon), 2026, Hankyu Umeda Main Store will host the annual "Delicious, Beautiful. Kanazawa, Kaga, and Noto Exhibition" on the 9th floor event space, festival plaza, and basement food floors. This year's first product fair of the year brings the refined atmosphere of New Year celebrations through the charm of Kanazawa, Kaga, and Noto.

This time, the exhibition expresses the Kaga Five Colors—crimson (enji), indigo (ai), ocher (oudo), grass green (kusa), and ancient purple (kodaimurasaki) used in Kaga Yuzen textiles and Kutani ware—through wagashi confections, offering a visually elegant experience. Additionally, attractions include gold leaf soft-serve ice cream and crafts featuring Kanazawa's signature gold leaf.

Concurrent events include the "6th Kanazawa Craft Stroll" (9th floor event space) and "Contemporary Kaga Kutani Artists Exhibition" (9th floor festival plaza), where visitors can enjoy traditional crafts.
