Hokkaido King Crab Arrives at Kappa Sushi with Teppo-jiru Miso Soup and Rich Crab Ramen

Kappa Sushi, part of the Colowide Group, is adding two Hokkaido king crab side dishes to its menu at all locations across Japan from Thursday, April 16 through Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

Timed for the Golden Week holiday period, the lineup includes a Hokkaido-style teppo-jiru miso soup and a rich crab ramen, both made with Hokkaido-sourced king crab. The dishes offer a taste of Hokkaido regional cooking without traveling all the way north.

Kappa Sushi app members can also take advantage of a children's menu coupon offering 39% off, which rotates weekly and includes a capsule toy coin. New users are encouraged to register to access the deal.
