This year's theme is "Japanese Aroma." The collection features two sophisticated bonbon chocolats showcasing the fragrant yuzu citrus and aromatic black sesame, each handcrafted by the hotel's pastry chef.

● KOKA - Yuzu Three citrus fruits—yuzu, orange, and lime—are simmered with their peels to create a paste that concentrates the bitterness, acidity, and refreshing aroma of the fruits. This filling is enveloped in rich white chocolate with a smooth milky flavor. The result is an elegant taste where the vibrant citrus fragrance blends with the gentle sweetness of white chocolate.
● KOKA - Goma (Black Sesame) Caramelized black sesame and almonds create a praline filling with a crunchy texture and deep richness. The shell is made from CALLEBAUT Belgium 58% cacao dark chocolate. The result is a sophisticated, adult flavor combining bitter cacao notes with the intense aroma of black sesame.
