12 Post-Sauna Dishes Now Available at Laguna Garden Hotel's Poolside Outside Bar in Okinawa

A new food menu has launched at the Outside Bar of Saffi Spa Okinawa (さふぃスパ沖縄), which had its grand opening on March 7, 2026 at Laguna Garden Hotel in Ginowan, Okinawa. The menu features 12 dishes across three categories — Okinawan Food, Finger Food, and Chinese Food — designed to satisfy sauna-goers and pool visitors alike.

For those who want a filling post-sauna meal, the Okinawan Food section includes local staples such as "A-Lunch" (a classic Okinawan set meal) and "Okinawan Chanpon," along with dishes using familiar ingredients like pork and egg (pork tamago). These locally inspired options let guests enjoy the flavors of Okinawa right at the poolside.

Two popular dishes from the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Kochuten (壺中天), are served at the poolside in a casual format. The Sichuan-style tantanmen and mapo tofu rice bowl deliver bold, spicy flavors that pair well with the heat of the sauna.
