Alongside it, an autumn-only flavor available in just two countries, Japan and Germany, "Lindt Dubai Style Chocolate Tablet Cashew Hazelnut," goes on sale the same day.
Following last year's "Dubai Style Chocolate Drink," which reinterpreted "Dubai chocolate" to strong response, this year's product takes the form of "Crema Gelata," a gelato style built around Lindt's high-quality chocolate, extending the experience further. Reconstructing the pistachio and kadayif that define "Dubai chocolate" with Lindt's own quality, it combines the rich aroma of deep-roasted house-made pistachio paste with the crisp texture of kadayif, elevated with the finish only a chocolate brand can bring.
Lindt Redefines the Trending "Dubai Chocolate" — Gelato Brings a First-of-Its-Kind Experience
Taking on the globally trending "Dubai chocolate," Lindt reworked every element — ingredients, process, and structure — to create "Dubai Style Crema Gelata," a product built around the kind of experience only a chocolate brand can deliver.
The base, a crema gelata made with Lindt white chocolate, is paired with a waffle cone coated in 52% cacao dark chocolate. As mellow white chocolate layers with rich dark chocolate, each bite builds a deeper sense of dimension and pairing. The star of the flavor is Lindt's house-made pistachio paste: a carefully calibrated roasting time gives it a fragrant impact on first bite that carries through to a rich, lingering finish. The topping, built for layered texture, combines kadayif — a traditional Middle Eastern pastry dough — with crushed pistachio, adding a light, crisp bite and nutty crunch that keeps things interesting with every mouthful. Finished with Lindt's logo chocolate on top, it's designed to be satisfying enough to want again and again.
