milkkiss Co., Ltd. has renewed SPARK RICH, its limited-time pop-up on the 1st floor of Ikspiari's The Courtyard in Maihama, expanding the drink and float menus and beginning sales of milkkiss soft-serve at this location for the first time.
The star of this renewal is milkkiss's fresh soft-serve, a favorite among many customers — soft-serve you won't forget after a single bite. Built around a rich milk flavor and a smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture, milkkiss's popular soft-serve, which has sold more than 20,000 servings to date, is now available at Ikspiari in Maihama.
Alongside the classic milk soft-serve, the renewal also adds new fruit-flavored soft-serve, new SPARK RICH drinks, and new floats that combine both brands. These new milkkiss and SPARK RICH menu items are available for a limited time, through August 31.
A New "Tokuno" (Extra-Rich) Soft-Serve Series From milkkiss
This renewal adds new menu items that pair milkkiss's rich milk soft-serve with distinctive ingredients: Tokuno Japanese Pear, Tokuno Grape, Tokuno White Peach, Tokuno Japanese Citrus, and Kuromitsu Kinako (brown sugar syrup and roasted soybean flour) soft-serve.
The unsweetened "Tokuno" series concentrates fruit juice four times over for a pronounced fruit flavor, alongside the kuromitsu kinako flavor, which pairs classic Japanese ingredients. It's a new lineup, available only this summer, where milkkiss's rich, smooth milk soft-serve meets the character of each ingredient.

The drink menu has also been substantially renewed. New additions include Tokuno Apple and Tokuno White Peach, along with Tokuno Grape and Tokuno Japanese Citrus, both made with Asahi's "Fruits Presso." These fruit sodas pair a concentrated fruit flavor with the chill of strong carbonation, a combination unique to SPARK RICH.
The Craft Energy Drink is a full-fledged energy drink with caffeine, B vitamins, and amino acids. It blends passion fruit, Concord grape, pink grapefruit, and apple with honey, and uses no added sugar or artificial sweeteners, letting the natural flavors come through.

Another drink worth trying at SPARK RICH is the Plain Carbonated Water, with no fruit juice or syrup added, so the drink's strong carbonation itself comes through as directly as possible.
It's made with Asahi's "Extra Burst" carbonation system, using a patented nozzle to produce fine, long-lasting bubbles extracted at 1°C, and is served with less ice to keep the carbonation in peak condition. In contrast to the fruit-forward Tokuno series, this menu item goes back to SPARK RICH's roots — the sharp, refreshing sensation of carbonation itself.

New menu items join the lineup of floats that combine milkkiss soft-serve with SPARK RICH's strong carbonation. The six new floats are: Apple x House-Made Caramel, Japanese Citrus x Mango, Grape x Mixed Berry, Lemonade x Honey, Calpis x milkkiss, and White Peach x White Peach. Each pairs the refreshing feel of a strong-carbonation drink with generous milkkiss soft-serve and its own distinct sauce or ingredient.
Japanese Citrus x Mango pairs a refreshing citrus with a tropical mango. Grape x Mixed Berry adds the vivid tartness of berries to a rich grape flavor. Lemonade x Honey combines lemon's crisp acidity with honey's mellow sweetness. Calpis x milkkiss pairs the tangy-sweet taste of the lactic-acid drink with rich milk soft-serve. White Peach x White Peach layers the gentle sweetness and aroma of white peach for a more concentrated fruit flavor.
