Nikko Style Nagoya (Nagoya, Aichi) is serving a new summer parfait called "Peachy" at its style kitchen Cafe & Bar on the first floor. Featuring white peach as the star ingredient alongside jasmine and plum, the parfait is available from July 1 (Wednesday) to August 31 (Monday), 2026.
The hotel regularly introduces seasonal parfaits using fresh, in-season produce. This summer's creation brings a refreshing and aromatic combination designed to capture the essence of the season.
About the "Peachy" Parfait
The parfait is layered from top to bottom with a carefully curated selection of ingredients.
At the top, rich Cremia soft-serve ice cream is paired with fresh white peach fruit, white peach compote with a lush sweetness, and a delicate peach tuile.
The middle layers feature jasmine meringue and jasmine jelly with a floral aroma, brûlée cream with the richness of egg yolk, and white peach ice cream. Framboise-flavored tart crust and caramelized almonds add a satisfying textural contrast.
At the base, a sweet-and-tart plum confit pairs with lemongrass jelly for a clean, refreshing finish.
