A collaboration cafe event titled "Kouhouka Kikaku: Nishimura Yuji 10th Anniversary After Party" is coming to Cafe Fan Base (Cafe Fan Base) on the 5th floor of Landmark Plaza in Yokohama Minato Mirai. The event runs from Wednesday, April 15 to Sunday, May 10, 2026.
The event serves as a casual celebration party — a way of expressing gratitude to fans who joined in commemorating the 10th anniversary of creator Nishimura Yuji's career in 2025. Nishimura Yuji is the creator behind beloved characters such as "Gokigen Panda," "Love Rabbit," and "Kone Nezumi" from Studio UG.
In recent years, the "nui-katsu" culture — enjoying daily life together with favorite plushies, taking them out and photographing them — has become increasingly established. Studio UG's character plushies have been widely featured on social media across Japan and internationally over the past decade. With that in mind, this event is designed to let visitors enjoy dining and photography alongside their plushies.
Three Ways to Enjoy with Your Plushie
1. Mini-Size Menu for Plushies
The collaboration menu includes a "mini-size menu" specially prepared for plushies. It is served on a dedicated table so plushies can enjoy their meal alongside you.
2. "Companion Hospitality Seats" for Plushies
A portion of the cafe features special seats called "Companion Hospitality Seats" (※) with special decorations for enjoying time with your plushie. Rather than keeping your plushie on your lap or in your bag, you can have it sit right alongside you at the table. When food is ordered at these seats, the latest interactive technology "Fan Table™" illuminates the tabletop to create a special atmosphere.
※ The special seats require a seating charge of ¥3,500 (tax included) in addition to the food and beverage cost.
◎ About Fan Table™: This is an interactive tabletop technology under development by Sony Corporation that connects characters and fans. It detects illustrations and other items on the table and projects related visuals interactively in real time. When merchandise or food is placed on the table, corresponding character visuals are displayed, deepening the sense of immersion in the story world.
※ At the special seats, due to the visual presentation system, original coasters are not distributed randomly — instead, a specific coaster designated for each menu item will be provided.
3. Photo Spot for SNS-worthy Shots
A dedicated photo spot for "nui-tori" (plushie photography) is available so visitors can take memorable photos of their plushies at the party.

Original Merchandise
Original merchandise commemorating the After Party event, as well as a selection of Studio UG character goods, are available in the merchandise area adjacent to Cafe Fan Base. The merchandise area is open to customers who are not using the cafe.

Merchandise Purchase Bonus

Simultaneously, a five-day luxury party is being held at a separate venue during Golden Week. At ALL DAY CAFE & DINING "The Blue Bell" (2F outside Pia Arena MM) in Yokohama Minato Mirai, the [Invitation-Only After Party] The Blue Bell Luxury Party meets studio UG runs from Saturday, May 2 to Thursday, May 7, 2026. The event features character costumes that were unveiled at last year's Nishimura Yuji 10th Anniversary Event at Asakusa Hanayashiki, appearing on a rotating daily basis.
