Rinku Premium Outlets (Izumisano, Osaka; operated by Mitsubishi Estate Simon Co., Ltd.) is hosting its first-ever collaboration with the long-loved candy brand Pine Ame, called "Kyun to 'Pine Ame' in Rinku Premium Outlets," from July 1 (Wed) to August 31 (Mon), 2026.
The tie-in brings together two Osaka favorites for the first time: Rinku Premium Outlets and Pine Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Tennoji-ku, Osaka), the maker of Pine Ame. Blending the outlet's resort-style seaside setting with Pine Ame's tropical, summery world, the collaboration is designed to give visitors a fun, season-themed destination for a summer outing. Alongside a bright, open-air photo spot, shoppers can also take part in a novelty giveaway campaign.
Original Photo Spot
Set up at Seaside Park, the venue features a large Pine Ame-shaped photo spot standing about 2.6 meters tall. Rather than just admiring it from afar, visitors can step inside the pineapple-shaped structure familiar from the candy's packaging and pose for photos, with the sea and palm trees creating a resort-like backdrop for a summery shot.

Giveaway Campaign
From July 31 (Fri) to August 9 (Sun), anyone who spends ¥2,000 or more (tax included) in a single visit can bring their receipt to the Information Center or Welcome Center to receive a free collaboration sticker paired with one piece of Pine Ame candy, while supplies last (one set per person).
August 8 Is "Pine Ame Day"
Pine Ame was first launched in 1951 and marks its 75th anniversary this year. August 8 was officially registered as "Pine Ame Day" in 2015, making 2026 its 11th year. Pine Co., Ltd. plans to hold events around Osaka Prefecture on the day itself, with details announced on the company's website and official social media:

From July 10 (Fri) to July 20 (Mon/Holiday), participating stores offer special prices on summer fashion and lifestyle items during the Rinku Summer Sale. Running alongside the sale through July 20 (Mon/Holiday) is the "Visit 3 Stores and Win! Summer Challenge Raffle," where 150 winners will be drawn to receive a ¥1,000 Premium Outlets shopping voucher. To enter, bring in receipts from three different stores, each showing a purchase of ¥5,000 or more.
